Brandon has been practicing for over 10 years, and focuses on assisting emerging companies and venture capital firms in various corporate and commercial transactions. Brandon has facilitated nearly $50,000,000 in early- to mid-stage financings, both on the investor-side and company-side of the transaction. Though the plurality of his clients have been tech companies, as is common of most Bay Area transactional attorneys, Brandon has represented clients in a wide array of industries, including tech, cosmetics, food services, entertainment, construction, luxury apparel, sports and recreation, metal mining, and more. Brandon has been uniquely privileged to serve as the outside general counsel for so many types of businesses, large and small. Brandon also provides pro bono services to veterans seeking disability benefits and discharge status upgrades. Brandon was also selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star among Northern California business attorneys in 2021 and 2022.
As an avid collector of comic books, bobbleheads, and game used sports memorabilia, Brandon has taken a particular interest in startups that are directed towards the arts and collectibles industries. Again, whether you are considering opening up your own brick-and-mortar shop, or developing the latest collectibles-focused AI technology, Brandon can be your legal guide on bringing your business to life.
